Recipe for Banana Water
1 organic banana
1 small pot of water
a dash of cinnamon (optional)
Cut both ends of the banana and chop into chunks place it into boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes.
Using a colander pour the water into a mug. We recommend adding a dash of cinnamon to the tea and do drink it while it’s hot!
Perfect an hour before your bedtime 😀
