Books of Inspiration
We have all been at a roadblock before. Where we start to question our happiness, our life, getting knee deep into our choices that we have made. Sometimes it’s better to just step back and RELAX. It’s okay, this happens to everyone, don’t freak out. This is actually a good thing.
By overcoming this you will be more certain about who you are and who you are willing to be. For me, books are always something I can indulge myself in. I can dive right into a book and come out the other side feeling refreshed and optimistic.
Here are a few books we highly recommend to read when you need that extra boost of motivation.
This book talks about “the law of attraction”. The law of attraction summed up in three words controls your life. This book guides you into a positive way of thinking. Where your positive thinking is meant for attracting all the good things you want in life.
A journal into the Rubin’s journey towards a happier life: think de-cluttering, taking up new projects. It’s a step-by-step process and gradually you start to feel genuinely happier. If you want to slowly change the life you are living right now, this book is for you.
We love Mindy Kaling and love her even more because of this book. Think of this as a sit down with your best female friend and her laying out everything she has learnt in life. From trying to fit in and getting her own self-confidence, each page is funnier than the next.
A very good classic know yourself book. It makes you really think about what you have accomplished in your lifetime. Without giving to much away, the book goes through the life and death of an old man, Eddie who has been through… let’s say a lot. And we learn that overall that everything happens for a reason.
Sheryl Sandberg knows exactly the struggle between maintaining a home and work life. Almost every woman knows about or has heard of this book. Sandberg teaches us that so many of your opportunities can be unlocked with a little bit of confidence.
