10:30-11:30am: Full Body Blast with Jason, Sunday Shred
45 minutes of dynamic, full-body strength and plyometric exercises that will test your mobility, stamina, and endurance. Prepare to sweat. A lot.
About Sunday Shred:
Sunday Shred is a community driven health and fitness group. We run regular workouts every Sunday, as well as host various activities such as yoga sessions, hikes, barbecues, junk trips, and many more to come. We come from all walks of life, with the purpose to gather, connect, make friends, and get healthy.
Jason has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. He is an experienced personal trainer and an explosive group class instructor that has helped hundreds of people on their fitness journeys. He has worked with a variety of gyms such as Pure, Topfit and OPS. Jason believes that the most rewarding thing about fitness isn't just the six pack abs; rather it's the confidence, discipline, resilience, lifestyle awareness, and the friendships that are built along the way.
1:30pm-2:30pm: Vinyasa flow with Lindsay, Krishnan Yoga
Join Lindsay of Krishnan Yoga for an invigorating vinyasa flow practice. This class will allow you to challenge yourself, while tuning into your own body, finding your limits and moving with ease. Open to all, options will be offered to suit all levels.
About Lindsay Parfitt (nee Krishnan):
Lindsay started her yoga journey in Toronto, Canada over 15 years ago, after spending her childhood years as a competitive dancer. She immediately connected with it, finding her true passion in Vinyasa Flow. Her approach is fun and challenging, with importance placed on mindfulness and alignment. She believes yoga practice only begins when we practice from a place with no judgements or ego, only gratitude. Lindsay is a Yoga Alliance registered 500 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher (RYT- 500) and Pre & Post Natal Mindful Birthing certified (RPYT).
10:30-11:30am: Full Body HIIT Workout with Andrea, AndFitGym
We will be doing a full-body HIIT workout designed to sculpt your arms, legs, abs and booty! The class will be fun but challenging and you will be sweating in seconds and your endorphins will kick in and you will feel just like you can conquer the world.
Andrea Ramirez is an International Fitness Guru with more than 16 years of experience in the industry. She has trained celebrities like Cindy Crawford, Pink and others while she was the Fitness Pro in one of the most exclusive resorts in Costa Rica. She practices and teaches many fitness disciplines including cycling, TRX, Stability Ball Training, Functional Training, kickboxing, and other short but intense workouts. Her philosophy in life is: “pursue your dreams; things are only impossible until you try!"
Leading this class, bringing out the SHINE we all possess inside of us with mindfulness and awareness. I hope that by sharing my positive energy I can inspire others to live more consciously, happier and a life they love.
About Natalie Soderstrom:
Hailing all the way from Sweden with partially Asian roots, having spent the last 10 years around Asia modeling and living a dream. Settling down in Hong Kong and finding yoga changed everything, connecting mind and body especially living in a hectic city finally made me feel at peace after living a nomad life. With studies in holistic nutrition leading to a spiritual journey in Bali and finding a way to share my love for yoga.
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 hrs with the Yoga Alliance from The Practice in Bali.

About Dima Apelbaum:
Dima is passionate about movement, and has been exploring and experimenting with various different disciplines since he was a teenager. His journey led him from weightlifting to yoga, boxing, aikido, ultra long distance running, and then finally to generalist philosophies like that of Ido Portal. He finds inspiration in the way generalist movement training feels like you can do almost anything – from handstands to flowing, dance-style movements, to animal locomotion, to juggling.
1:30pm-2:30pm: Hatha Yoga with Gillie, Yoga Vala
Focus and be present in the moment. And because it's outdoor yoga it's about finding your focus despite the distractions around us.
Gillie is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher registered with The Yoga Alliance and offers tailor made yoga instruction for groups & individuals in Hong Kong. Gillie's approach to yoga is focused on establishing strong & healthy alignment as well as creating a fun & open environment to practice & explore.
10:30-11:30am: Ebb & flow with Cristina, The Vibe Tribe
Move like the ocean and all its moods. Taking through the neighbourhood of Sheung Wan - moving slow and fast like the currents of the ocean.
About Cristina, The Vibe Tribe:
Founder of The Vibe Tribe and an activist for the Ocean. Cristina is certified in exercise prescription, yoga and holistic health. This share will guide you through organic movement through the neighborhood. Not only exploring the walls and pavement that surrounds us but also exploring how our bodies can move with the surroundings. Ebb and flow like the emotions of the Ocean.
1:30pm-2:30pm: Wild Child with Katharina Blenis
Flow into motions of fluidity with Katharina as she guides you through a water-elemental Vinyasa sequence that will leave you feeling invigorated and more connected to the SELF. Like the CALM before the STORM, we will move through poses held steady, while we transition like tidal waves into deeper poses that invoke activity and strength from within. Together, like a river, we will be flowing towards something bigger.
About Katharina Blenis:
Meeting Katharina for the first time is like running into an old friend you’ve known for years. Within minutes, her quirky and playful personality energizes the room, creating a space of comfort when leading a class. As a former acrobat, dancer, and yoga practitioner for 10 years, Katharina integrates strength and flow to offer a soulful, empowering, and inter-connected practice that encourages a deeper self journey of the self. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana, her goal is for her students to leave each class feeling empowered, sweaty, and more connected to the self.
